If you require specific software installed on your PC or in a teaching lab, you must advise OITR by contacting Customer Services at customerservices@adelphi.edu.

To expedite your request, please include the following information:
- software title and version number
- vendor or manufacturer's name (if available)
- teaching lab location for installation
- number of licenses required for purchase
- account number to be charged
- special billing instructions (if applicable)
- Please see ordering.
Customer Services will generate a work order with a reference number that you can use to track the status of your request. You should allow up to four weeks for the purchase, testing, and installation of the software.
