Intermediate Excel:
Using Excel to Organize Lists and Email Addresses

Overview:
The workshop will give organizational suggestions of how to use Microsoft Excel to organizes address lists and email distribution lists.

At Workshop Completion:
At the end of the workshop you will have a better understanding of how to use Excel for organization of information and email distribution lists.


GroupWise Email

Handling Spam in Email, Spyware, and Computer Maintenance
Wednesday, November 25, 2009
1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

Overview:
The workshop will demonstrate how to handle spam through your GroupWise email, and show you how to clean spyware from your computer. You will also learn how to effectively maintain your computer's functioning on a daily basis.

At Workshop Completion:
At the completion of this workshop you should know how to avoid and direct spam messages, keep your computer clean of malware, and maintain your computer's health and longevity.




Please note: All workshops will be held in Swirbul Library Room 201 on the Garden City Campus.

Workshops are held throughout the fall and spring semesters.

  • Security Awareness
Most of these workshops will be repeated next semester in case you missed one you'd like to attend.
