Printing Policy |
A printer management program has been installed in the following computer labs:
- Swirbul Library: Room 100 (1st floor)
- Swirbul Library: Information Commons (2nd floor)
- Swirbul Library: Gallagher lab (2nd floor)
- Science lab: Room 227
- Hagedorn Business lab: Room 110
- Nursing Lab
- Polar Lab (Woodruff Hall)
- Commuter Lounge (University Center, lower level)
- Manhattan Center campus (computer labs and library services area)
The amount of free copies that each student can print per semester is as follows:

There will be a charge of $0.05 for each additional black and white copy and $0.15 for each additional color copy after the limits have been reached.
After selecting to print a document or page, students will see a pop-up window in which they will be required to enter their user name and universal password. Students can go to eCampus to check or reset their passwords.
Students can add money to their account at the value-add station located in the Information Commons on the second floor of Swirbul Library.
