NetTechs Our Network Technicians provide field response to repair or replace computers and related equipment. Residential Computer Associates The RCAs are students employed by Adelphi IT to provide one-on-one assistance to their fellow students living in the residence halls on common technical issues such as connecting to the Adelphi network. Faculty Center for Professional Excellence A partner department of IT, the FCPE provides Adelphi faculty with opportunities for development and support in teaching, curriculum design, scholarship and the use of technology. While the Office of Information Technology mainly handles student and administrative systems, equipment maintenance, and general user support, the FCPE specializes in faculty support, instructional applications, and pedagogical issues involving technology.
